Great Breakfast and Central Location
The breakfast was really good! They had a variety of delicious fresh croissants, freshly sliced fruits and nice coffee too. The location was perfect, it was very central and everything was just a walking distance away. The park nearby was also an added bonus, perfect for a morning run!
The bed was really uncomfortable, too hard and the pillows were old and lumpy. the customer service was really bad.

The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and the room amenities, such as the balcony, in-room safe, and free toiletries, enhanced our comfort. My Christmas stay was great! The room was cozy and quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, with fresh bread, fruits, and a variety of milk products. The location was perfect, surrounded by an amazing park and close to the city center. Another great advantage was the kind and helpful staff, who made sure that everything was perfect during my stay.
The spa center was not available on the weekends, and they only offered access to the sauna. , the hotel was very popular with Russian guests, and most of the staff spoke only broken Czech.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was great, just a short walk from the city center. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was cozy and comfortable, we had a great view of the surrounding nature. The breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries and plenty of options to choose from. The spa center was open during the weekdays and provided amazing massages.
The staff could benefit from improving their language skills in other languages besides Russian.
